bSaha respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Morocco's Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under CNDP oversight.

Data controller

bSaha is the controller of data collected through the platform.

Data we collect

• Clients: name, phone (+212), email (optional), booking history.
• Pros: business details, services, calendar, recorded clients.
• Technical data (cookies, analytics).

Purposes

Manage bookings, send confirmations and reminders, run the pro account, improve the service.

Payments

bSaha never processes or holds any payment. You pay the professional directly. We only record the declared payment method.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, objection and deletion. Contact us to exercise them. You may also refer matters to the CNDP.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
